It depends on square footage, finish, access to the backyard, and how much grading or drainage work is needed. Stamped concrete and pavers cost more than a broom finish; overlays cost less than tear-out. We come out, measure, and give you a free written quote with the numbers broken out so you can compare options.
Both work when the base is done right. Concrete is usually less expensive per square foot and gives you stamped or salt finish options. Pavers cost more up front but flex with our clay soil instead of cracking, and any single paver can be lifted and reset. We'll tell you which we'd pick for your yard and why.
Most patios, walkways, and turf installs are done in a few days. Pergolas, outdoor kitchens, and full backyard projects with walls and drainage take longer. Your written quote includes a start date and an expected duration, and we tell you up front how long concrete needs to cure before you use it.
Yes, and we insist on it. Every slab is pitched away from the house, every retaining wall has gravel and pipe behind it, and if water is pooling in your yard we can add a French drain or catch basins as part of the same project.
Returning customers, and anyone referred by a past customer, get $500 off a new project of $5,000 or more. Just mention who sent you when you request your quote.
